What do you want your biggest takeaway from your session to be?

The main takeaway is that migrating away from legacy platforms like Adobe Experience Manager to modern, composable architectures powered by SitecoreAI isn’t just feasible for enterprise giants, rather it delivers immediate, measurable value. By sharing TeamViewer’s journey as a $1B+ global software leader, I want attendees to see real-world proof of how modernizing their martech stack streamlines operations, reduces complexity, and proves that SitecoreAI is fully production-ready for global scale.

What are you looking forward to at Symposium this year?

I’m really looking forward to connecting with clients, partners, and the broader Sitecore community to discuss how AI is shifting from hype to genuine operational impact. Sitecore Symposium is always a fantastic space to exchange hands-on implementation insights, see where the platform roadmap is heading, and celebrate the incredible work brands are doing to push the boundaries of digital experience.

What are you most excited about doing in Orlando?

Beyond catching up with peers and friends across the digital experience industry, I’m excited to experience the melting pot of energy and cultures of the event in person as Orlando provides a great environment for bringing together global brands and teams. I’m especially looking forward to hosting discussions around the composable martech strategy, seeing the newest platform announcements firsthand, and enjoying the HZTL PRTY with our clients.

How has SitecoreAI impacted the work you do with clients?

SitecoreAI has fundamentally elevated how we help enterprise organizations deliver personalized experiences at scale. Rather than spending months manually configuring complex taxonomy or audience rules, our client teams can now leverage intelligent automation to accelerate content creation, optimize targeting, and unlock faster time-to-value. As demonstrated in our work with TeamViewer, SitecoreAI allows global brands to simplify their technology footprint while delivering smarter, highly relevant experiences to their customer base.
